High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must have dealing experience in Roulette and/or Craps.Completes all other duties as assigned.Adhere to all department/company policies and procedures.Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.Routinely strives to build and maintain a rapport with table games guests.
Acknowledges, greets and converses with all guests, offering assistance and information to anyone showing an interest in table game play.Issues to guests the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.Informs the Floorperson of any requests or unusual play.Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure.Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
